各有关单位：2015年10月，国际会计准则理事会发布实务公告《重要性在财务报表中的应用（征求意见稿）》。为深入参与国际财务报告准则的制定，推动我国会计准则持续国际趋同，请你单位对征求意见稿中所列问题组织研究，并于2016年2月15日前将书面意见反馈我们。我们将在整理、汇总和分析各方意见的基础上，代表财政部向国际会计准则理事会反馈中国的意见。同时，我们也鼓励你单位直接向国际会计准则理事会反馈意见。
