Job description
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic young professional with passion for adding value to people and organisations. You will be engaging with our clients in the roll-out and implementation of their change management programs related to leadership excellence, sales excellence, learning architecture, HR excellence and digital transformation. You will execute their learning and development programs, conducting personnel assessment, training and events co-facilitation and engage in related project executive activities. Our clients are foreign invested enterprises operating in China from various industries, such as mobility and related supply chain, industrial equipment and machinery, chemicals, consumer, life science and medical equipment. You will engage in providing highly customized solutions towards their specific needs and expectations. You will be working with an international team of professionals based in our Shanghai office. You will have a great opportunity to learn continuously and develop professionally in your business related preferred expertise.
Skills & experience
Experience
Ideally the candidate should have experience in the following areas:
- Business consulting in any particular industry or a number of industries and/or
- Training and development experience either in-house or with an external agency
- Assessment of people using professional assessment tools or previously engaged in assessment center
- Solid experience facing and engaging with B2B clients
- Social media management and content development
- Events management experience is a plus
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Education background in International Business, Economics, Marketing, Learning and Development or similar
- 3~5 years’ professional experience in the area of talent development, organizational development, training facilitation, personnel assessment
- Previous experience or certification working with professional assessment tools
- Fluent English and Mandarin, spoken and written
- ID qualification or related experience will be considered a plus

- Confident communicator. Able to express ideas and concepts in a business setting and with various junior- and senior-level stakeholders. Pro-active, straight-forward while at the same time wise to judge the context and stakeholders engaged in the communication
- Detail-oriented and striving for excellence in his/her work
- Self-starter, maker and driver when executing tasks
- Able to work autonomously
- Able to prioritize tasks correctly, manage oneself own time and apply efficient working approach
- Possesses good business judgement and ability to take right decision within the scope of given responsibilities
