Meeting with China Petroleum and Chemical Industrial Federation

 The Chamber delegation introduced Mr. Wang about the European Chamber as well as the PCR Working Group, and presented the Position Paper 2009/10 and the survey on overcapacity to CPCIF. Ms. Zong gave a brief introduction about CPCIF, which has changed its name from CPCIA to CPCIF, i.e. China Petroleum and Chemical Industrial Federation.

This meeting is the follow-up after CPCIA’s presentation at the working group meeting on April 13th. At the meeting, CPCIA presented a few details on the changes and modifications to the New Chemical Substance Environmental Management Rule. Prior to the meeting, the PCR WG has submitted a list of questions to CPCIF
