Themed on female emotional guidance and parentage, European Chamber Shenyang Chapter and Roicare Hospital & Clinics co-organized “Sweat, Connection and Growth” activity on the morning of August 31st, 2023.

Started with yoga exercises that led participants to a state of relaxing and peacefulness with certain concentration through stretching their bodies and breathing regulation, Ms. Lei LV from Roicare Hospital & Clinics guided participants to communicate with their inner selves by OH cards games, followed by meditation on feeling their own power. The event gave a break and an opportunity to self-reconciliate to the audience, in particular, in nowadays fast-pace society where’s full of anxiety and sense of uncertainty.
