On the occasion of the upcoming Chinese New Year, in order to promote communication, exchange, and cooperation between European Chamber Shenyang Chapter and Liaoning Chamber of Commerce, a New Year's banquet for business leaders was successfully held on February 7^th, 2024, at the Conrad Hotel in Shenyang, in the third-floor conference room and the fourth-floor Man-Tang Chinese Restaurant.

The attendees of this banquet included Mr. Erich Kaiserseder, Chair of European Chamber Shenyang Chapter (hereinafter referred to as SY Chapter), General Manager of Conrad Hotel Shenyang; Dr. Jiren Liu, Chair of Liaoning Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as LCC), CEO and Chairman of Neusoft Group; Dr. Franz Decker, President and CEO of BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd.; Mr. Guangwen Zheng, rotating presidency of LCC, Chairman of Shenyang Fortune Semi; Mr. Yanbing Li, General Manager of Michelin Shenyang Tire Co., Ltd.; Mr. Fuhui Zhou, Secretary General of LCC; Mr. Sebastian Bittner, Board Member of SY Chapter, General Manager of GG Cables and Wires (Shenyang) Co., Ltd.; Mr. Gang Sun, Chairman of Dalian Zhuangyuanhai; Mr. Matt Sullivan, Board Manager of SY Chapter and Manufacturing Manager of Trench High Voltage Products Co., Ltd.; Dr. Nan Liu, Senior Vice Director of Neusoft Group; Mr. Leo Liu, Office Manager of SY Chapter; Mr. Perry Sun, Director of LCC International Affairs Office, Partner of Geometry Investment.

During the pre-banquet meeting, Mr. Erich Kaiserseder and Dr. Jiren Liu respectively introduced the duties and works of their respective chambers and expressed their anticipation for close cooperation between the chambers and member companies. Attendees collectively watched promotional videos of both chambers and introduced the business scopes and development directions of their respective enterprises. Finally, guests from both sides exchanged gifts.

The banquet took place before the Chinese Lunar New Year arrived. Prior to the start of the banquet, Dr. Jiren Liu extended his Chinese New Year wishes to everyone, expressing hope that in the new year, European Chamber Shenyang Chapter and Liaoning Chamber of Commerce would deepen their cooperation to better serve member companies and continue to play a role in optimizing the business environment in Liaoning. During the banquet, guests engaged in discussions about development and cooperation, expressing their hopes for deeper exchanges and win-win cooperation in the future.
