On March 7th, International Women's Day is around corner, and the European Chamber Shenyang Chapter, in partnership with Shenyang Roicare Hospital & Clinics (hereinafter referred to as "Roicare Hospital & Clinics"), celebrated International Women's Day at the Member Center on the 4th floor of Huanggu Mixc One in Shenyang. With the theme of "Women's Full Cycle and Enhancing Women's Confidence," the 2024 "Women's Day · Women's Season" event was held.

Prof. Lu Chunxue from Roicare Hospital & Clinics shared insights on common diseases among women of different ages and comprehensive health management throughout the entire cycle. Prof. Lu particularly emphasized the importance of regular gynecological examinations for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Additionally, women of various ages can also get vaccinated against HPV, reducing the likelihood of developing cervical cancer.

Subsequently, Ms. Gao Xiaowei, Dean of Roicare Hospital & Clinics, discussed topics related to women's medical aesthetics and boosting women's confidence. Ms. Gao advised that in daily life, people should pay attention to sun protection. Not getting tanned does not mean not getting sun-damaged, and proper sun protection can slow down the speed of skin aging to some extent. Moreover, women should choose skincare products based on their skin type. Improper skincare or using unsuitable products may lead to skin allergies, papules, and dryness, among other issues.
