Mr. ZHANG Dayong, Secretary General of the Biomass Energy Industry Branch of the China Industrial Development Promotion Association, a well-known expert in the field of biomass energy in China. Graduated from China Agricultural University in Electrical Engineering Automation, Senior Engineer, Manager of the International Projects. Mr. Zhang Dayong has been involved in the power industry for more than ten years since 2006, and in 2011 Mr. Zhang began to enter the field of biomass energy. He is a pioneer and advocate of china's biomass (slag) electricity - heating combination projects. He Participated in drafting the technical standards and regulatory documents for the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, National Energy Administration, the Ministry of Ecological Environment and other industrial administrations on "promoting the healthy development of non-water renewable energy power generation", "biogas industry development guidance", "biomass cogeneration technology guidelines", "biomass molded fuel products and biomass-formed fuel heating boiler technical specifications," "biomass-molded fuel heating demonstration project basic requirements", "living waste incineration power generation construction project environmental access conditions" technical standards and norms of the drafting and preparation of work. He presided over or participated in several research works on "Biogas Industry Regulatory System and Industry Monitoring Platform", "The County Biomass Energy Project Operation Monitoring and Statistics System", "China's Renewable Energy Leaping Development Route and Mechanism" and "China Biomass Energy County Clean Heating Development Strategy" commissioned by NDRC, NEA, the Bank of Asia and other administrative departments.

张大勇，现任中国产业发展促进会生物质能产业分会秘书长，国内生物质能源领域知名专家。中国农业大学电气工程自动化专业毕业，高级工程师，国际项目经理。张大勇先生自2006年涉足电力行业已十余载，期间曾从事过配电网规划和配电网评估分析工作。2007-2009年在清华大学电机系从事行波接地选线和分布式能源发电技术研究及科技成果转化工作。2011年张先生开始进入生物质能源领域, 是中国生物质（糠醛渣）热电联产项目的开拓者和倡导者。多次参与了国家发改委、财政部、国家能源局、生态环境部等行业主管门组织的“促进非水可再生能源发电健康发展若干意见”、“生物天然气产业发展指导意见”、“生物质热电联产技术导则”、“生物质成型燃料产品与生物质成型燃料供热锅炉技术规范”、“生物质成型燃料供热示范项目基本要求”、“生活垃圾焚烧发电建设项目环境准入条件”等技术标准和规范的起草和编制工作。主持或参与了国家发改委、国家能源局、亚洲银行等部门委托的“生物天然气行业监管体系和行业监测平台”、“县域生物质能源项目运行监测统计体系”、“中国可再生能源跨越式发展路线与机制”和“中国生物质能源县域清洁供热发展战略”等课题研究工作。
