In recent years, Anti-Monopoly pace in the automotive industry has been accelerating, and the violations of the rules and laws become diversified. The companies are facing much more compliance risks and cost. Under such circumstances , we are very pleased to invite Lawyer Susan NING to speak about the status of Anti-Monopoly in China for the Automotive Industry and interpret the Guideline of Anti-Monopoly for the Automotive Industry. The guideline mainly introduces the Anti- Monopoly related business arrangements in the markets of the OEM and aftersales service from the vertical and horizontal aspects, the analytical method , framework, principle of the Anti-Monopoly Law; and the concept and definition of the exclusion, the agreement limiting competition, the behaviour of abusing market dominating position.
