Harald Kumpfert has been working for 20 years in China in the field of energy efficiency.
Harald introduced new technologies, designs and operational methods to the industry, helping companies to reduce their energy bills while contributing to the improvement of air quality.
In appreciation for his contribution to the development of the City of Shenyang and the Liaoning Province Harald was awarded the Rose Prize of Shenyang in 2013 and the Friendship Award of Liaoning in 2014 and serves as the supervisor on the business environment of Shenyang since 2018.
In 2015 Harald Kumpfert joined the Board of the EU Chamber of Commerce in China and took over the position of Chairman of the Shenyang Chapter to support European Companies in developing their business in North East and to foster the ties with the society.

After working 10 years in the private sector in several posts related to marketing and innovation Sebastien Paquot joined the European Commission in 2015 as Policy Officer in the unit in charge of Circular Economy. In 2017 he was appointed adviser to the Director General of DG Environment before becoming Member of the Private Office of Commissioner Vella in 2018. He joined the EU Delegation in China in September 2019 as Head of Section in charge of Environment and Climate files.

Dr. Franz joined BMW in Shenyang in September 2016 as Vice President of Strategy and Logistics. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Technology and Manufacturing in January 2020. In recent years, Dr. Franz has been responsible for and successfully built new factories and upgrading projects even when the whole automotive industry facing multiple challenges. Bai Zhongbo is the General Manager of Environmental Business Department of GFT (General Fair Testing) GROUP. At the same time, he is the special expert of Liaoning Environmental Monitoring Association and alternate assessor of measurement certification in Liaoning Province.
Mr. Bai graduated from Liaoning University majoring in Applied Chemistry in 2011. He is engaged in environmental protection work for ten years, thereby has a wealth of environmental protection service experience. He was promoted from a laboratory physical and chemical test technician, to the Senior Manager of the Laboratory, to the General Manager of Environmental Business Department and Assistant to the Chairman of GFT Group.
He published his paper “Investigation on occupational hazards in the paper printing industry of Shenyang City” and “Reverse high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine several preservatives, sweeteners and dimethyl fumarate in food” as the first author.
Mr. Bai organized the implementation of site environmental investigation and health risk assessment project of Dandong Guozhi Chemical fiber Co., LTD. Soil Environmental Quality Investigation and Health Risk Assessment project of Beidian Village, Wulin Town, Yangming District, Mudanjiang City, and Shenyang Water Conservancy Research Institute groundwater detection project as the project leader.
He planned the design of soil pollutant monitoring, ecological investigation and damage assessment program, soil site investigation, soil characteristic pollutant identification, soil pollutant health and ecological risk assessment and other work.
He was employed by Liaoning Environmental Monitoring Association as an expert in the field of environmental monitoring in 2019.

11年毕业于辽宁大学化学院应用化学专业。从事环境保护工作十余载，有着丰富的环境保护服务经验。先后从事实验室理化检测工作，实验室高级经理，环境事业部福总经理兼任通正集团董事长助理。
第一作者发表论文《沈阳市纸质印刷企业职业病危害因素的调查》、《反向高效液相色谱法联合测定食品中多种防腐剂、甜味剂及富马酸二甲酯》。
作为项目负责人，组织参与了《丹东国资化学纤维有限公司企业场地环境调查与健康风险评估项目》、《牡丹江市阳明区五林镇北甸村市土壤环境质量调查与健康风险评估项目》、《沈阳市水利科学研究院地下水检测项目》，在其中主持和策划土壤污染物监测、生态调查和损害评估方案设计，土壤现场勘察、土壤中特征污染物识别、土壤中污染物健康与生态风险评估等工作。
