The European Union Chamber of Commerce in China (EUCCC) and the National Determined Contribution Transport Initiative For Asia (NDC-TIA) project will host this workshop together to:

氢能源作为清洁、高效、安全、可持续的二次能源，在实现“双碳”目标的进程中扮演重要角色，发展氢能产业将积极推动能源体系向绿色低碳转型。自2020年以来，国家机构加速推出氢能源相关政策，要求加强氢能源技术研发、实施建设，推动氢能源产业快速发展。北京在国内氢能产业发展中走在前列，率先打造了氢能创新链和产业链，促进京津冀在全国范围率先实现碳达峰目标，并引领全国氢能技术创新和产业发展。2020年，随着北京市经济和信息化局发布《北京市氢燃料电池汽车产业发展规划》，大兴国际氢能示范区的正式建立，标志着北京建立国际氢能产业新高地的决心。中国欧盟商会诚邀北京市投资促进局、北京市经济和信息化局、大兴区、房山区与昌平区经信局的相关领导，与中国欧盟商会各工作组代表，共同从政策制度、生产制造、应用以及第三方检验检测等不同角度，就如何推动北京和全国氢能产业的积极健康发展做出深入交流和探讨，共同助力中国碳中和事业。
