The need to feed and care for 1.35 billion people places food and drug safety high on the Chinese Government’s list of priorities. The launch of China Manufacturing 2025 is partly aimed at upgrading and modernising supply, which, if implemented successfully, should have a direct positive impact on food and drug safety.
