In 2020, organisations have faced more disruption and uncertainty than ever before. All industries have been hit by the pandemic to varying degrees, and had to face a lot of changes. As a result, people were forced to come out of their comfort zone. In this context, the leadership facilitating organisations through the necessary adaptability and innovation for the future become more vital than ever.
When we review the different styles of leadership, there is no single approach that is perfectly suited to all challenges. The pandemic has presented an opportunity to redefine what leadership under the ‘new normal’ will look like and how leadership can enable organisations to gain a competitive advantage in the post-COVID-19 period.
At this year’s annual Human Capital Conference, the European Chamber is delighted to invite CEOs and Human Resources leaders from well-known companies to provide insights on the changing trends in leadership styles, and share their best practices. There will also be a group discussion to collect and share the inputs from different industries.
* The European Chamber is pleased to extend one complimentary ticket to the in-house HRD/HRVP from the member companies. There will be limited seating, and registration will be based on a first come, first served basis. To RSVP, please provide your company name, title and contact number to Nina Jiang njiang@europeanchamber.com.cn
