Advisory Council Policy
Members of the Advisory Council may receive complimentary admission to Chamber seminars, conferences and factory visits up to two attendees per event. Additional participants will be charged at the member rate.
Advisory Council members will still be charged the standard member rate for participation in training courses and special events, such as gala balls, government appreciation dinners, or admission to corporate social events/tournaments.

Mr. Alexander Prautzsch
Mr. Alexander Prautzsch
Alexander Prautzsch is a Tax Director at PwC China in the Shanghai office and is a member of the European Business Group.
Alexander is committed to advising European, particularly German-speaking clients, on their investments in China. He is focused on Chinese, German and international tax matters for corporate clients as well as their employees. Typical projects of Alexander include investment advisory, restructurings, profit repatriation planning, employee assignments, cost cross-charges and supply chain planning projects.
Alexander is a German certified tax advisor (Steuerberater) and has lived and worked in Shanghai since October 2005. Prior to working in China, Alexander worked for three years in the international tax department in Frankfurt. Alexander is a German native speaker and fluent in English and Mandarin.
Mr. Will Ma
Mr. Will Ma
Will Ma is leading a country sales team of 40 sales manager covering both Local Corporation and international client portfolio. In his role, Will and the team is responsible for developing sales strategy and proposition, constructing solutions and helping corporate clients in managing their liquidity and day to day cash management related transactional activities.
Will has over 14 years of banking experiences and joined HSBC in 2006 as Management Trainee. Prior to the current role, Will was Sales Team head, Sales Manager with GLCM and Relationship Manager with Commercial Banking HSBC.
Will graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He holds Master Degree of International Finance.
Mr. Marc Bauer
Mr. Marc Bauer
Marc Bauer, Head of German Desk covering the German, Swiss & Austrian commercial banking subsidiary business of HSBC China together with a local team located in 57 cities around China to support international customer to successfully manage their China operations. Before his current role Marc worked for 10 years in Germany as Global Relationship Manager and in France in the European Commercial Banking team to support corporate customer global banking requirements. He graduated from the University of Munich with a business degree on banking, insurance and risk management.

Ms. April Ma
April is a tax partner in the China Financial Service Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. April specialises in advising multinational corporations on the cross-border investment options well as PRC tax planning, tax compliance and consultation in relation to their PRC operations. With the expertise on international tax aspects and cross-border investment, April has worked with various types of companies with extensive experience in FS industry. April obtained her Bachelor and Master of Economy from Fudan University. She is a member of Certified Tax Agent (CTA).
