The annual Position Paper is the Chamber's most important publication, and the key lobbying tool for our government meetings throughout the year.  The annual launch sees the President of the Chamber presenting the key findings of the annual Paper. The session attracts over hundreds of business leaders and representatives of Guangzhou's political and diplomatic communities.

The 2009/2010 Position Paper presentation, held this year in Guangzhou and Shenzhen to embrace the demand in both cities and surpass the great success of last year’s initial presentation, which attracted an audience of one hundred including fifteen Consul Generals. It is the best occasion to feel the beat of the vibrant and committed European business community, and learn about their latest concerns, assessments and recommendations of operating in China.

As last year already, the Chairs of Working Groups active in Guangzhou will present the main concerns and recommendations of their industries, including the Environment, Logistics and Legal & Taxation Working Groups. The speakers are all senior executives with long China experience.

The presentation will be held during a western-style dinner and we dedicate ample time before and after to social exchange and networking.
