With the advent of the modern information society, market interactions between people have become increasingly intense. In the context of increasingly homogenized competition, negotiation, as a special form of business communication, is receiving more and more attention from enterprises. Business negotiation is a negotiation and consultation conducted by people in various economic transactions to bring the opinions of both parties (or multiple parties) to a consensus. Negotiations occur in many situations, including procurement and supplier, investment and leasing, cross departmental communication, etc., including negotiations between internal customers as well as negotiations between external customers. This is a relatively complex process, and regardless of the type of negotiation, it is necessary to determine each other's rights and interests while considering the benefits of the other party. Therefore, business negotiations are like a game of chess, fighting on every inch, but also working together. This is both contradictory and unified, where the interests of the individual and the whole lie.
