MANAGEMENT

GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT
Business Managers are responsible for the management of the Working Groups. This consists of supporting and working closely together with senior European executives to ensure that the views and concerns of European industry in China are heard at all levels of Chinese and European government. Key responsibilities include coordinating the Working Group's activities and leading the drafting of the annual European Business in China Position Paper.

MEMBERSHIP DEPARTMENT
The Membership department manages all members' data, builds and develops relations with existing and potential members, and handles all queries from members.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT
This department manages all of the chamber marketing activities. Marketing staff are responsible for developing and managing the chamber's marketing strategy and plan for internal and external marketing: Chamber newsletters, website and social media, promotion agreements, marketing materials and internal communication.

EVENTS DEPARTMENT
This department manages all events as well as the cooperation between the Chamber and other companies and organisations.
