关于开展重点用能行业单位产品能耗限额标准执行情况监督检查的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市、新疆建设兵团工业和信息化主管部门，有关行业协会：

为贯彻落实《国务院关于进一步加强淘汰落后产能工作的通知》（国发[2010]7号）精神，推动重点用能行业加快淘汰落后产能，确保完成“十一五”节能减排目标，按照国务院淘汰落后产能工作的部署，2010年我部将在全国范围内开展重点用能行业单位产品能耗限额标准（以下简称能耗限额标准）执行情况的专项监督检查工作。现就有关事项通知如下：
