四部门发布《关于支持循环经济发展的投融资政策措施意见的通知》

为促进循环经济形成较大规模，建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会，日前国家发展改革委、 中国人民银行、银监会和证监会联合发布了《关于支持循环经济发展的投融资政策措施意见的通知》（以下简称通知）。通知是《循环经济促进法》实施以来国家出台的促进循环经济发展的第一个宏观政策指导文件，提出了规划、投资、产业、价格、信贷、债权融资产品、股权投资基金、创业投资、上市融资、利用国外资金等方面支持循环经济发展的具体措施。
