关于发布2009年度国家规划布局内重点软件企业名单的通知

根据《财政部 国家税务总局关于企业所得税若干优惠政策的通知》（财税〔2008〕1号）的规定，国家规划布局内重点软件企业当年未享受低于10%的税率优惠的，减按10%的税率征收企业所得税，请税务部门认真贯彻执行。
