为进一步规范戒毒医疗服务行为，提高戒毒医疗服务质量，保证医疗安全，我部组织有关专家对1993年发布的《阿片类成瘾常用戒毒疗法的指导原则》和2002年发布的《苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用及相关障碍的诊断治疗指导原则》进行了修订。
