In the framework of establishing Shanghai into the International Shipping & Financial Centre by 2020, on 28th Jan 2010, Ministry of Transport (MOT) and Shanghai Municipality have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to accelerating the development of Shanghai into International Shipping Centre.
