CIRC: solicits comments on Regulation Measures on Information Disclosure of New Life Insurance Products (Exposure draft)

The purpose is to regulate the information disclosure, promote sound development of life insurance business, research and use for reference foreign countries' law systems and experiences. The exposure draft is based on the revision of Interim Measures on Information Disclosure of New Life Insurance Products.
