STATS: investment in fixed assets increased by 27.2%, Jan-Oct 2008

24.6% increase in real-estate. 41.0% more in mining. For electric and heater industry: 16.0% rise. And also rise in non-metal ores, ferrous metal ores and non-ferrous metal.
