MEP: Notice on Accelerating the Second-Phase Monitoring Under the New Air Quality Standards
按照《关于印发〈空气质量新标准第二阶段监测实施方案〉的通知》（环办〔2013〕30号，以下简称《方案》）的要求，2013年年底前，环保重点城市和地级环保模范城市的所有国控点位及县级环保模范城市所有监测点位要全面依据新空气质量标准开展监测并发布信息。目前，大部分省、自治区、直辖市环境保护厅（局）高度重视空气质量新标准的监测实施工作，整体工作进展顺利。但是，仍存在进度不平衡的问题，少数地方尚未开展空气质量监测设备招标工作。为确保空气质量新标准第二阶段监测实施任务圆满完成，现将有关事项通知如下：
