GOV: Decision on Cancelling and Delegating 50 Administrative Approval Responsibilities and Other Matters

经研究论证，国务院决定，再取消和下放一批行政审批项目等事项，共计50项。其中，取消和下放29项、部分取消和下放13项、取消和下放评比达标项目3项；取消涉密事项1项（按规定另行通知）；有4项拟取消和下放的行政审批项目是依据有关法律设立的，国务院将依照法定程序提请全国人民代表大会常务委员会修订相关法律规定。
