根据《食品安全法》和《食品相关产品新品种行政许可管理规定》的规定，经审核，拟批准3,4-二乙酰氧基-1-丁烯等4种食品包装材料用添加剂新品种，环氧丙烷改性的乙烯-乙烯醇聚合物为食品包装材料用树脂新品种，十八酸钴盐等3种食品包装材料用添加剂扩大使用范围。现公开征求意见，截止时间为2013年8月9日，请将意见反馈至卫生监督中心。
