Job description:
We are currently seeking an administrative assistant intern who possesses the required skills to assist us in banking, invoice & bookkeeping related procedures for the effective running of our Chongqing Branch Office and its clients. We expect applicants to have a solid knowledge of various financial elements of corporate legal compliance in China as well as other miscellaneous administrative responsibilities.
Job responsibilities:
The collection of invoices for bookkeeping agencies,
The issuance of invoices under the supervision of the Financial Department;
Maintain financial files;
Handle work permit/visa application issues for foreign staff;
Other Administrative/Financial related projects assigned by line manager or Partners.
Skills & experience
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or studying towards a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline;
Applicants with related experience will be given priority;
Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to take up and rise to challenges;
Excellent in communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Excellent in organization and time management skills;
Available to work independently and as a team;
Good written & oral Mandarin Chinese and English, priority given to candidates proficient in Italian/other languages as third language speakers.
