中国欧盟商会认为，修订稿中的许多条款均体现了为消费者考虑的态度。然而，在一些具体条款方面，商会希望有关规定的制定能够更好地结合企业和产品实际，允许在能效标识实施过程中进行适当调整：

The European Chamber believes that many articles in the revised Administrative Measures have reflected the concern for consumer protection. However, regarding some specific provisions, the Chamber hopes that the development of relevant rules can better take into account the reality of companies and their products, and allow room for flexibility during the implementation of energy efficiency labelling.
