Updates of Production Safety Law and Hazadous Chemicals Management in Shanghai

In this meeting, Mr. Ding Li, Deputy Chief of Legal Affairs and Research Division of Shanghai Work Safety Administration delivered a presentation on the Production Safety Law. Mr. Ding went through the whole legislation background and its requirements to the enterprises and governments. In addition, Mr. Ding presented the audience hazardous chemicals management measures adopted by central and Shanghai authorities, as well as Shanghai’s planning for the next stage.
