- EU SME Centre Senior Advocacy Manager Mr. Xavier Sans Powell opened the event, introducing the speakers from China Policy and CBBC (China Britain Business Council) 

- Director of CBBC Beijing,Mr.Peter Williams presented the latest report on "OBOR", focused on Energy, F&B, Logistics, Medical Devices, etc. Mr. Williams also gave direction on business opportunities for British and European SMEs. 

- Mr. David Kelly from China Policy gave a comprehensive presentation on "Going Global 2.0" strategy. He specifically enfored the "Capacity cooperation" and " Institutional Voice".
