Discussion with MOFCOM and CCPIT Experts on China's Investment Environment

During this meeting, members of the European Chamber shared the MOFCOM and CCPIT experts their views on China's investment environment,  revision of Foreign Investment Law and content of Negation List and their impact on foreign business. During the 3-hour discussion, our members with different industry background highlighted the issues including, but not limited to, unpredictable legislative environment, discretionary enforcement, IPR protection and innovation, administrative approval procedure, high personal income tax and coporate tax, and visa restrictions on foreign talents.
