The Health Care Equipment (HCE) Working Group submitted comments to the CFDA's Draft Regulation on ”Administrative Measures on Safety Supervision Information Disclosure for Food and Pharmaceuticals ”

The comments included:

official reports on post market surveillance should include positive reports about compliant products

possibly proprietary information should only be published with consensus of the owner of the information

Voluntary recall of submission for registration should not be published under this regulation
