Seminar on Revision of National Food Safety Standards on Cheese with NDC

The National Research Centre of Dairy Engineering and Technology (NDC) organized a seminar to discuss the revision of National Safety Standards on Cheese (GB 5420). Officials from the NDC and China National Centre for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA) joined the seminar to call for industrial consultation on the draft of GB 5420 revision. The Cheese Industry Desk managers as well as some members attended the seminar. The Desk delivered their concerns and comments on the draft. Major opinions of the Desk were accepted by the NDC.
