Seminar on Revision of National Food Safety Standards on Processed Cheese with CFIC

China Food Information Centre (CFIC) organized a seminar to discuss the revision of National Safety Standards on Processed Cheese (GB 25192). The Cheese Industry Desk of the Chamber joined the seminar and delivered comments on the standards to the CFIC. Academician Mr. Chen Junshi from the China National Centre for Food Safety Risk Assessment (CFSA), Division Director Mr. Bao Dayue from the CFIC and other officials from relevant organizations joined the seminar to call for industrial consultation on the draft of GB 25192 revision. The Desk Chair, Mr. Huipeng Lin as well as the Desk manager and some members attended the seminar. The Desk delivered their concerns and comments on the draft.
