Meeting with the Dutch Embassy

The ICT and Cybersecurity Working Groups had a meeting with the Dutch Embassy to give an update on the latest cybersecurity regulatory developments and their impact on companies. The working groups suggested that embassies monitor forthcoming supporting rules of the Cybersecurity Law, including critical information infrastructure (CII) protection, data localisation, cross-border data transfer assessment, cybersecurity review, Cybersecurity Multi-level Protection System (MLPS) and mandatory certification schemes. 

The Dutch Embassy agreed to enhance exchanges with the European Chamber and to refer companies concerned about cybersecurity environment in China to the Chamber secretariat.
