Meeting with GAC Supervision Department

Bai Xiaodong, Deputy Director of Supervision Department of General Administration of Customs(GAC), received Chamber’s delegation led by Tony Chen, the National Chair of Logistics Working Group at the GAC office.  Director Bai made a comprehensive introduction of the policy landscape of cross-border e-commerce from a customs perspective to chamber members and elaborated the “4,3,7” policy system ( including Four Modes, Three Forms and Seven Policy Measures ) which guides and regulates the cross-border e-commerce practices in China.  Director Bai answered questions from chamber delegation and agreed to maintain a communication channel with European chamber on topics related to cross-border e-commerce in the future.
