Presentation to H.e. Mr. Denis Ducarme, Belgian Minister for Agriculture and SMEs

Mr Rafael Jimenez Buendia, Senior Advisor of the EU SME Centre and Mr Xavier Lluis Sans Powell, Director of Government Affairs of the European Chamber and Senior Policy & Advocacy Manager of the EU SME Centre met with a Belgian delegation led by H.E.Mr Denis Ducarme, Belgian Minister for Agriculture and SMEs. Mr Jiménez gave a presentation to the delegation on the topic of “Agro-food and SMEs in China” and Mr Sans Powell delivered a presentation focusing on the policy environment in China and how it impacts European Businesses, particularly SMEs. This was followed by a very open and lively discussion on the opportunities and challenges for Belgian SMEs.
