Comments to MEE on the Draft Regulations on Administration of Pollutants Discharge Permit

On 5 November, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) issued the Regulations on Administration of Pollutants Discharge Permit (Draft for Comments) for public consultation.

The European Chamber's Environment Working Group, Agriculture, Food & Beverage Working Group, Petrochmicals, Chemicals & Refining Working Group, Energy Working Group, Carbon Market Sub-working Group, International Linershipping Working Group, Logistics Working Group, Aviation & Aerospace Working Group, and Quality and Safety Services Sub-working Group, on behalf of member companies, submitted their consolidated comments to MEE.
