They imputed the more than 10 comments on the articles related to the applicable subjects, publication of regulatory documents, confiscation and compensation, participation to the standards making, stability of policy and legislation and the transition measures imposed on the joint ventures.

 

The members expect that the supporting regulatory rules can be enacted and upgraded without delay, the power and obligations of SAMR, NDRC and MOFCOM should be further distinguished; the disputes resolution mechanism between the Administrations and foreign investors shall be included and the miscellaneous provisions & quoted legal rules should be clearly identified.

The abovementioned comments are to be submitted together with the others from the joint working groups to the Ministry of Justice.
