The Aviation and Aerospace Working Group submitted comments to the Civil Aviation Administration of China's (CAAC's) draft 'Trial Aviation Fuel Quality Approval and Supervision Procedure'. 

 

 

According to the comments submitted by the members, the approval of the recipe and process (article 4.1) could be modified as: the applicant shall provide the documents on the fuel recipe or production process that shall be reviewed and approved by the audit team. The content is not limited to the process technology or the process card, the working document, component, the ratio of the basic oil and addictive(the lubricate related documents shall include those of the supplier of the basic oil and addictive ), material, the factory's acceptant report of the material, the inspection of the production process and inspection requirement of the ex-factory report.
