On the afternoon of 23rd June, a delegation of the Liaoning Foreign Affairs Office visited Shenyang Chapter. Deputy Director Gao Aihua; Director Kang Yi and Director Wei Guangli and Harald Kumpfert, Chairman of the Board of Shenyang Chapter; Thierry Aubry, Board member of Shenyang Chapter; Franz Decker, Board member of Shenyang Chapter; Erich Kaiserseder, Board member of Shenyang Chapter had a lively discussion on future cooperation.
