Meeting with Shanghai Commercial Mediation Centre

On 23rd July, the European Chamber Intellectual Property Rights working group national chair Mr Filippo Sticconi met with the Director of Shanghai Commercial Mediation Centre Ms Zhang Wei and discussed potential cooperation between the two organisations.

Ms Zhang wished to spread the news of the new mediation mechanism regarding IP disputes that came in place on 1st of July. The two sides shook hands and decided to discuss the details of the future cooperation after the meeting.
