Meeting with Vice Mayor of Nanjing Municipal Government

On 15th April, European Chamber President Joerg Wuttke led a delegation of members to meet with Shen Jianrong, vice mayor of Nanjing. The two parties discussed the recent visit of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang to the city and the municipal government plans for implementing the14th Five-year Plan. Members’ top concerns—such as the shortage of waste disposal service providers, environmental inspections and the planned removal of individual income tax benefits for foreign employees—were also discussed.
