Meeting with Mr. Wang Yong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yuzhong District Committee of Chongqing, Deputy Chief Executive of Yuzhong District People's Government

On 10th June, European Chamber member company delegation led by Vice President Massimo Bagnasco had an exclusive VIP meeting with Mr. Wang Yong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Yuzhong District Committee of Chongqing, Deputy Chief Executive of Yuzhong District People's Government, to know the investment polices and find more cooperation opportunities in Chongqing.

Mr. Wang Yong said Yuzhong District will be involved in the construction of Chongqing inland opening-up and the strategic opportunity of building the Midwest international communication center, fully integrated into the new development pattern of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin City Economic Circle, and accelerate the establishment of Midwest international communication center window area. Mr. Massimo Bagnasco said As for further opening-up and development, the Yuzhong government and foreign businesses are seeking for common grounds. We hope to explore better cooperation mode in the future, including how to register rapid growth while satisfy the needs of foreign companies and their staffs, such as a postponement of the foreign staff’s individual income tax reform.
