Living a Green Life for the Future

The State Council has designated 25^th August as the National Low-carbon Day, and the week of 25^th August as the National Energy Conservation Publicity Week for 2021.

In order to let the public better understand such state strategy and present green policies for consumer-end activities and call on everyone to do our parts and take the social responsibility of reducing emission and saving energy, the European Chamber is very pleased to invite experts from the Policy Research Centre for Environment and Economy (PRCEE) of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) to explore and introduce:

• relevant policies of public participation in environmental protection, including information disclosure, lifestyle changes, environmental protection facility management, volunteer work, among others;
• practice cases of social participation in environmental protection;
• suggestions on promoting ecological and environmental conservation;
• main focusing areas of PRCEE and work plan.
