Sent Comments to SAMR on the Special Access Conditions for Testing and Inspection Agencies Accreditation in Import and Export Commodity Inspection Field (Draft)

On 30th March, the European Chamber sent comments to the State Administration of Market Regulation (SAMR) on the Special Access Conditions for Testing and Inspection Agencies Accreditation in Import and Export Commodity Inspection Field (Draft). General suggestions include:

• Clarification on the applicable objects;
• clarification on the interoperability of CNAS ISO 17020 accreditation qualification and CMA inspection qualification in the later stage of drafting the implementation rules.
