Meeting Shenzhen CCPIT Deputy Director General Tang Jin

On 21st July, European Chamber Vice President and South China Board Chair Mr. Klaus Zenkel met with Shenzhen CCPIT Deputy Director General Ms. Tang Jin.

Mr. Zenkel expressed his gratitude to Shenzhen CCPIT for its long-term support to European investment and enterprises, and praised Shenzhen's strong innovation momentum and market oriented policy environment. Mr. Zenkel also welcomes Shenzhen CCPIT's new work mechanism on collecting foreign companies' common issues and its leading role in coordinating various Shenzhen government entities to resolve such issues. 

Ms. Tang Jin introduced Shenzhen CCPIT has set up a new weekly system to collect issues from international organizations (including European Chamber) to help foreign business with visas applications, quarantine implementations, housing, and public education resources. Shenzhen CPPIT is also interested in co-organizing events with European Chamber such as policy interpretations and industry-specific exchanges between Chinese and European enterprises. Shenzhen CCPIT encourages European investment and enterprises in Shenzhen to explore more opportunities in digital economy, fintech, artificial intelligence as well as other innovation fields.
