European Chamber South China Board Vice Chair gave a speech on the 2023 Guangzhou Sino-foreign Supply & Demand Exchange Event on Internationalization and High-quality Development of Automobile Industry

On 13th February 2023, the European Chamber South China Board Vice Chair Mr Fabian Blake gave a speech on the 2023 Guangzhou Sino-foreign Supply & Demand Exchange Event on Internationalization and High-quality Development of Automobile Industry.

During the meeting, Fabian talked about the expectation of European enterprises in three aspects. One aspect is to develop and improve institutions that provide policy support, to provide a fair competitive environment for both domestic and foreign investors, and to make administrative procedures transparent, consistent, and predictable. The second is to address barriers that prevent companies from attracting and retaining foreign talent. The third is to address market access and regulatory issues and improve the predictability, reliability, and efficiency of the business environment. Mr Yang Yong, president of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Guangzhou Committee, expressed that CCPIT Guangzhou will strive to create a superior business environment to support high-quality development and build a platform for exchanges between domestic and foreign companies, and promote exchanges in areas such as policies and technologies.
