Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform Roundtable on National Treatment of Foreign Enterprises

On 14^th March, representatives of foreign chambers and enterprises were invited to join a roundtable hosted by Beijing Development and Reform Commission on visible and invisible barriers for foreign companies’ operation in Beijing during the process of implementing national treatment. Issues raised by representatives included self-reliance mindset, IPR protection, government procurement and others. The Beijing DRC thanked the counterparts for their contributions and recommendations on how to improve business environment for China and agreed to organise regular briefing and consultation sessions with foreign business communities to better understand their concerns and find solutions.
