Meeting with Hubei Provincial Department of Commerce

On 27th June, the European Chamber Vice President and Shanghai Chapter Chair Carlo D’Andrea met with Wang Jimin, Director General of Hubei Provincial Department of Commerce. The meeting was joined by Steven Basart, General Manager of European Chamber Shanghai Chapter, as well as officials from Hubei Provincial Department of Commerce.

The long-term engagement of European companies and Hubei Province was discussed. Chair D’Andrea also introduced the key findings of the recently launched Business Confidence Survey 2023. Both sides look forward to continued cooperation to create an attractive business environment for European companies in the region.
